I am feeling Christmas has come early!

My old house was in need of repairs and updates — as much for safety as for a face lift. Amancio’s leadership on a neighbourhood project prompted me to ask him for a quote and plan within my budget. “Before and after” photos speak volumes about his detailed craftsmanship on the front entrance. Railings with spindles, rubberized paint on steps and porch ensure safety for me and visitors. The ‘salmon’ door provides the inviting “ pop”. We all love it!!

My bathroom also has been transformed to an enjoyable, highly functional “ personal spa”
Amancio’s knowledge and enthusiasm has provided a new, modern shower head with an attached flexible hand held one, a utility pole for products and 3 chrome grab bars for ensured safety The surrounding tiles are large, modern and classic. The floor tiles are laid in herringbone pattern which extends partially up the wall

Amancio’s idea of four pot lights installed in a partially dropped ceiling is brilliant.It is painted white within a pale blue bathroom, looking like a white cloud in a bright sky. As a retired teacher, I would recommend Amancio’s detailed, professional work to any of my friends where safety, function and upgrades are the most important features, allowing seniors to remain in the houses and communities they love.

Amancio and Coastal Creations took my conceptual plans for a woodworking shop and turned them into reality. 

As the General Contractor, he dealt with the permits and sub-contractor work for electrical and concrete.  What we appreciated from the outset was Amancio’s enthusiasm.  He also brought a great work ethic to the job site every day and demonstrated his 30+ years experience in the trade with his workmanship.  He made sure things progressed and kept to our agreed schedule.  The result was a fantastic new shop that meets our needs, both aesthetically and functionally.

Coastal Creations was literally a dream come true for us!​

Our barn stood empty for 2 years and we thought, hey, wonder if we could turn this into a cottage. Amancio came along and said "If you can vision it, I can build it" and so it began. He showed up bright and early the very next day and our vision slowly took place. From replacing water damaged walls, straightening walls, old roof off, new roof on, house wrapped and protected with new windows and doors in place we began to see our dream come alive. We kept Amancio busy with building front and back decks, using his creative mind to come up with front entrance and back bbq area. Then he continued with the tight plumbing and water system to insulating, vapour barrier, and drywall process. Amancio is a 'jack of all trades' and does everything with a cheerful disposition and positive advice. I trust him completely to get the jobs done with professionalism, perfection, and creative add on's. I would absolutely recommend Amancio of Coastal Creations to anyone who loves quality, work done in a timely manner and not afraid to dream big. Once we finish with our cottage we will definitely have Amancio come see how he can improve our main house. He was literally a dream come true for us. More than just a contractor, I think of him as a great friend now!

Amancio has a wealth of “Skill” there are some people that are handy but it takes years of training to get the skill set necessary to do a proper renovation. “Vision” we all have one but limit ourselves by what we perceive we can accomplish.

Amancio did an amazing job on transforming our enclosed front deck into a new front entrance and usable room with closet space!

He went above and beyond and provided many options to help us save money where possible. He even installed the window blinds for us! The curb appeal on our house has improved dramatically with our beautiful new blue front door and the overall appearance of our house! On top of his workmanship Amancio is friendly, knowledgeable and knows his stuff - he also returns phone calls and messages in a timely manner which is so appreciated.
